This was a touching book. I really appreciate the lengths Amy will go to in order to cure or help a horse. Lou's practical business and common sense comes into play a lot in this book, like trying to find more clients (like Gallant Prince), trying new bedding for the publicity and money, and having the dinner meeting. Prince must be amazing. It's heart-wrenching to know that Prince and his stable hand were hurt in a fire, especially since they have such a bond and Prince was doing so well on the racetrack. Amy and Ty have great ideas to try and reach him.
