Okay, this is the book where Amy feels something between her and Ty, but she won't admit it--it goes on like that for a while. When at the Grant's christmas party, Matt wants Amy to dance with him [because he likes her] but Amy won't he then gets angry and dances with Ashley Grant for the rest of the party. (Ashley only invited Ty, Soraya, and Amy because she wanted Ben to come.) Ashley asked Ben to dance but he said he wasn't up for a relationship yet, then Amy and Ty dance together and it's like time stands still. Then back at home, grandad is in the hospital and Lou's gone off to see daddy. Amy and Ty were just about to kiss........................when the phone rang, but at the end of the book they kiss!
