It's wonderful that in this book Lou and Scott finally got married, and that Amy got good SAT scores so that she could attend vet school. It was a great book. But I think the scene about rescuing Evan wasn't described with enough excitement. It's pretty cool how the incident showed Matt where his path lay, and that Amy decided to go away to college. The whole book was just not exciting enough, despite numerous events that should have been made more exciting. And I love how Amy matures and changes throughout the years since the first book, and this book really shows that. Good book anyhow!
