It was a good book but sad in some parts too. Like when Huten died. I can't beleive it! I was glad that Mercury was doing well though. I don't get why Carey's leaving. She's going to end up letting Huten's ideas die. But I wish she didn't say "just because you love a place or a person, doesn't mean you can't leave them" because that got Amy to thinking about Heartland and she might leave! That would be horrible! I understand how Amy feels about Spindle though because that's how I felt about my horse Star. But that story that Carey tells about the horse trying to find his owner... I loved that story.
