#15 begins as Lou and Amy visit their dad in Austrailia. Amy loves all the sleek horses and beautiful padlocks, but feels left out. Lou fits straight in with their new stepmom, but in seeing this, Amy misses her mom. This story truly explores Any's feeling about her family and is what I say an A++. It shows a depth about family that brings a new perspestive about Heartland in. This book could be my favorite Heartland book of all time. And I love the way it shows the father-daughter bond.
