Darkest Hour is one of the best Heartland books that I have read. When I started reading at first I thought that it wasn't Lauren Brooke's best one but then I went on and LOVED it!!!! I recommend it. The only things about the books are that you kind of have to be into horseback riding to really understand the topic and some of the terms that they use, but other than that it is AWSOME!!!
