Amy meets Daniel, who loves his horse, Amber, but doesn't like speaking to other people. Tim buys Amy & Lou a show horse called Storm. Daniel rides Amber in a outdoor show but Amber trips over a fallen pole and breaks her leg. She gets worse in the next few weeks and has to be put down, which brings back memories of Pegasus to Amy. A few days later, it's the 1st anniversary of Marion's death and Amy promises her to carry on Heartland's work! Another great and touching book by Lauren.
