Our Own version of book 1 - 2

Hey i thought we could all write our own book 1 and if we all like it maybe number 2 as well, Here's the start what do you think?

As Amy walked out the front door she saw a trailer in the drive way and walked up, it was a very new trailer with writing on the side, "Country side stable" Amy read out loud. As she turned around she saw her mom and a man walking to the trailer. "Amy" Said Marion. "This is Adam, He's from county side stable a stable up on the mountains" Amy and Adam Shook hands. "Nice to meet you" Said Amy. "Same here" Said Adam. "I saw a Ad in the paper about you guys and i thought i would stop by to check it out, I have horse Who wont load into a trailer and I was Thinking about sending Her here. She's one of my best show jumpers and i would hate to have to stop bringing her to shows! " Said Adam. "well i'm sure me and my mother can help! She sounds amazing!" Said Amy. "Ok then Your mom Said the same thing! i will Bring her around tomorrow if that works" "Sounds Great" Said Marion. "See you tomorrow."

The next day Amy woke up to the sound of her ringing alarm. She dragged out of bed and pulled on some work clothes, and walked down stairs. Marion was making coffee and offered some to Amy. "No thanks i''m gonna go work on cleaning out a stall for the new horse." "ok Adam called and said he would be a little late and the horse's name is Skylark." Said Marion. "Ok great" Said Amy. Amy walked outside and found Ty in the Tack room. "Hey" Said Ty. "Hey said Ty. "Hey how are the horses today?" Said Amy. "fine Sundance is a little restless but i think it's just cause he misses you" Said Ty with a smile. "yea i'll go visit him now" Said Amy with a little smile. Amy walked into the barn at the sound of welcoming whinny's. "Hey Boy have i been ignoring you lately? i'm sorry boy i'm just so busy!" Sundance whinnied as if saying 'it's ok i understand'.



Please help i would love other ideas!!!

Personally, I wouldn't re-write...any of books 1-20, cause I think they're all great lol. But I do quite like what you've done so far. But, it is quite confusing. Everytime a different character speaks, you should put it on a new line. It's much easier to follow that way, otherwise it's a little hard to see who's speaking where.

ok thanks i will take the advice and i'm not trying to rewrite the books cause i love them too but i thought it would be fun to see what others come up with.


After Amy had visited Sundance and Pegasus she was making her way back to the house when she stooped to watch her mom doing join up with one of the new horse's Jazmin, Join up is one of the techniques they use at Heartland, it is to help the owner and the horse with a new relationship and it show's the horse they are no threat and it's the horse's choice to be with them or not. "Hey" says Ty as Amy walked up. "Hey, She looks like she's doing good" Said Amy. "Yea she's only been at it for about a half hour and Jazmin has just started giving the sings that we want" Say's Ty. "That's awesome!" Said Amy. "I'm going to go get an early lunch do you want something?" "No thanks but thank you Amy" Said Ty. Amy walked to the house just in time to see her grandfather. "hey sweetie" Said Grampa. "Hey i'm going to get some lunch, Where are you going?" Asked Amy. "I'm going to go get some grocery's, Do you want to come?" Asked Grampa. "No thanks i have some stuff i need to get done for school" Said Amy. "Ok i'll be back soon" Said Grampa. "bye honey"
