Along with book #4 (Playing For Keeps), this was absolutely my fave! Malory was so undecided through so much of it, then a not outright decision but a neutral opinion helps her decide! It was absolutely amazing to read and I could barely put it down even to eat. This was horsey and mystery combined. At the show it was so real I felt like I was riding a horse! I love how the ending was so surprising. Malory is such a talent, and getting the Rockwell Award scholarship, Chestnut Hill horseshoe, AND the offer from the Cavendish foundation all in her first year was so cool! I thought all along she would accept the offer, so it was such a surprising ending for me! But I would have chosen to show if I were in her shoes. I totally, really, absolutely, LOVED this book!!! Go Lauren Brooke, yeah!
