Lani is an awesome student and rider. I thought it was awesome how she tried to fix things and set up (maintaining!) a study schedule that vigorous. Pulling off that Rodeo Day fundraiser would be hard, but she did it! Lots of people attended and enjoyed themselves. Lani did so well in organizing as well as commentating the event. Her barrel-racing time was kind of unbelievable, considering being an amateur and out of practice, with her recent arm injury. It's great that she won Belle Carter's challenge! This book (along with All or Nothing) was my absolute fave. Lani is one of my favourite characters- she has such a cool personality!
